Small restauration hardly visible lower right near signature.

SIgned at the back "E. OTT" - probably Edmund Ott.

Edmund Ott (30 August 1885 – 22 August 1960), also known as Otts or Ottis, was a German artist, architect, lithographer, and designer active in the early twentieth century. He was closely associated with key currents of German Expressionism.
